Review: MUFE Eyebrow Corrector
Of course, I have to do my usual rounds of window shopping for makeup. I passed by the store of MUFE and I soon learned that they have the eyebrow corrector in stock. I bought it right away and here is my review:
Price: P 1,100
Its reasonable enough since you only need a teeny tiny amount of product (as in a DOT) for both eyebrows. I have used mine for like 30 or so faces already and its still full...hahahha..to say that this will last a lifetime is an understatement!!
Its also very easy to use since the consistency is rich and will get the job done in just one stroke of an angled brush. Although you will need a steady hand when applying this and a sturdy brush. So choose a brush that is firm. For beginners you might want to take a light eyebrow pencil and just gently trace the outer shape of your brows and fill them in with this.
Get one!! uhmm actually HOARDif you can. You won't regret it :D
A for Attitude
Please understand that we in production, are doing all that we can to be able to deliver a productive output. Your suggestions and inputs are truly appreciated. But for the love of God, DON'T PUSH IT!!! Don't be such a baby and be the cause of delay. The more you make "senseless" comments...the more you dig a deeper sh*t hole for yourself and with that you are pulling US down also.
Be PROFESSIONAL!!! It makes a whole lotta difference y' know?!
Thanks!

Janina
For this shoot we decided on giving our 3 models, 3 layouts each! A mean feat that is. But with teamwork and the models not having a diva-ish attitude about them, the shoot went really well. Yesterday Jim posted some pics already and I want to share my favorite with you :

Muziklaban
Here is the look that I did for her:
I made it a bit sparkly on the lids...was not able to take a proper foto though since we were all star struck because....
Queenie gave us VIP passes and we got to hang out for a bit and decided to call it a night at around 11pm. I was dead tired at that time because I was working since 8am and though it was all fun...physically I was dead tired already. But it was fun as always :D

Review: Smashbox Wish for the Perfect Palette
January 25th, 22:52
BUT, when I saw the picture of this palette I knew that I have to buy this.
Let me give you the juicy details of this palette:
- It has a total of 64 eyeshadows
- 8 cream eyeliners
- 6 brow tech powders
- 1 brow wax
- 2 highlight powders
- 1 contour powder
- 2 blush colors
- 8 lipcolors/ lip gloss
- 4 makeup brushes
This is the first time that I have tried Smashbox and frankly I do not have any expectations whatsoever. I just knew right off the bat that for the price that I paid that this is a SULIT palette na.
PROS:
- Love the pigmentation of the eyeshadows..plus it makes my life easier because ALL the colors are right within my reach. I do not have to rummage through my kit to search for suitable colors...its just right there plain and simple
- The browtech powders are of good quality also. It glides on efortlessly without the fall out. NICE!
- The shade of the contour powder is perfect for people with yellow undertones which means US!
- Love the lipgloss..beautiful color choices
CONS:
- Not available anymore...try ebay though :)
Well that is just about it, I love the palette..I have been using this constantly and this a good palette for personal and professional use. Smashox did not scrimp with regards to the quality of this one and for USD$59 this is a steal...plus its SMASHBOX :D

HK is LOVE
- November 13th, 2009
Went to HK for COSMOPROF and for Airbrush Training. I was with my best friend Joan who will be coming in from Singapore. The weather is sooo cold and its a good thing I was able to bring my trusted boots. Fasyon ang eksena :D
Went to Dsneyland and tried riding Space Mountain....first and last time! Bought some stuff at Mango in SOGO (they were on SALE) and hoarded SEPHORA like crazy. Spent a lot of time WALKING...had a near death fiasco at 711...did an advertorial...in the end it felt more like a workout than a vacation :D
Had a blast here! will be back next year :D
With bff
Happy!

Hiya girls and guys!
Last Saturday was sooper hectic for moi. I was up and about by 7am, prepping for the mac workshop at 10 am. Yeah I know it was a tad bit early...but I dont want to take chances. I need to be there on time. As we were going down our car I noticed a caucasian fellow toting a mallet and wearing black. Hmmm...could he be John S.? Well, as we reached the venue I realised that yep..he is no other than John Stapleton. The senior MAC makeup artist that is to conduct a workshop about the latest Spring Summer makeup trend. I was in awe as he started out to say his credentials. He did makeup for super famous people that I literally have my mouth open in amazement. His clientele includes Victoria Beckham, Kelly Osbourne, Fergie, and a lot more. He has done tons of fashion shows for designers such as Balenciaga, LV and lots more.
I knew right there and then that I will be learning a lot of good tips from the master! and I was not disappointed...he gives out practical tips of the trade that made me ask questions like there is no tomorrow. I do hope though that I did not made him kulit..hehehe.
Anyhoo, I was also able to meet a lot of people there... co MUA and enthusiasts as well. Being the camwhore that I am...I know that I just have to take tons of pics on that morning! Here are they:
With John S.
the intrimitida in me also has to take a pic of his train case....look at all the MAC!!!
AND last but not the least.....
MAC's Hello Kitty collection ***drools*** , will be available by the end of March!
